WordPress site protection

Once we’ve created a WordPress child theme, get it hosted, and it’s running ‘online’, it must be protected from hackers and malwear.

We recommend and use Wordfence, a WP ‘plugin’ (add-on) that provides a firewall, a site scanner to check for intrusions, two-factor authentication for logins, and more.  The basic Wordfence works fine for most sites, but if you want more features and a higher protection level, try Wordfence Premium.
